Weekend timetable and information:

Friday (6th June):

Arrivals throughout the day:

Park on East Apron (hard standing), free transport to the GAC club house.

12:00 – 15:30   Arrivals Lunch served.   

18.30 – 19.30 Vin D’Honneur: Complimentary drink and canapes, with bar open thereafter.
20.00 Optional dinner (£15.00 per head, see Rally pack).

Saturday (7th June):

08:30 – 11:00 Briefing for the NAVEX (pre-book)

10.00 onwards  Pre-flight Competition at ASG hangar

12:00 – 14:00   Sandwiches available in the club house for Rallyists..

19:00 – Late   The Ball will take place at the Farmhouse with a 3 course meal, presentations, raffle and dancing. This year’s theme will be “Downwind Abbey” (fancy dress not compulsory).

Sunday (8th June):

08:30  Free coffee/tea, optional bacon butties and aspirin

Free Transport from the Aero Club to Departures  from the East Apron throughout the day.
